On behalf of the Sarasota County Medical Society, Kerkering Barberio & Co., Certified Public Accountants, hosted a Healthcare Reform Update seminar on February 23, 2011 at the Laurel Oak Country Club and Venice Yacht Club.

Office Professionals attended a lunch and dinner seminar in Sarasota and Venice, respectively. Kathleen Hargreaves, CPA/CFP and Belinda Holmes, BS, CPC/CCP-P delivered a dynamic presentation which provided all updates regarding Public Health Policy & EHR, Incentive Programs, Funding Options, Tax Incentives, the latest with Healthcare Reform and MORE!!

Kathleen Hargreaves practice areas include business, taxation and consulting services. She serves as manager of the firm's healthcare advisory services division.

Belinda Holmes specializes in medical compliance and operational products including chart audits and coding, OIG compliance, appeals, audit defense, credentialing, contracting, billing and A/R, as well as building efficient healthcare operations. Her areas of expertise include all physician specialties, hospitals, radiology and imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities.
